Rear Subwoofer ?!?!?!

I want to add a rear subwoofer to my system. I have a Yamaha RX-v2095 receiver. It does not have a separate rear sub out. How do I break out 90 Hz and below rear channels to the sub without sending it to my rear speakers? I have B&W 302s rears which I don't want to over drive. I am going to buy a sunfire or a velodyne hgs-10 front sub. Any suggestions? Mail order? Is all of this modification worth while?
