Sharp CD-C492 Dolby Digital system

Has anyone tried the Sharp CD-C492 mini system which includes a Dolby Digital processor? I'm thinking of getting one due to lack of space and cost factors, but am concerned about sound quality and ability to add my DVD, hi-fi VCR, PlayStation, and DSS to it. Let me know your opinions on it and also the best place to buy one, an internet site called Tek Gallery sells it for $499. Thanks!
