Chris,

Dang I thought I had it! my AVR-20 II has A and B speakers and uses series switching so on that model, having both A and B on would kill the main L/R speakers. I suspect the unit is defective, and suggest you return it for something else - maybe the '20 even if they have any?

Alan

: Sorry, but this model of reciever doesn't have the option of having multiple set sof speakers. No A or B on here.
: From what someone on irc told me, he thinks that most likely, the connection between the inputs and the pre-amp, or something along that line, has come loose or been disconnected.
: It was a display/floor model in the store i bought it from, but would they have any reason to do that? Unless it maybe came appart on its own somehow. What do you think?
: I don't wanna open it up tho, until i've taken it back to the store to ask them what they think.
: thanks for the reply,
: Chris
