A/V switch box reccomendations

I am looking for a switch box that has at least 2 AV inputs/outputs (composite video & R/L audio). It should also have a dedicated monitor output that will always show the current input. It should allow me to specify the input and output since I will be connecting it between my PC (with a digital video capture card) and a VCR and both of these devices have ins & outs. I need this device for a small video editing system that i am putting together. Any assistance would be appreciated.
