Harman kardon Distortion

Hi

I have a Harmon Kardon AVR 70 with Paradigm Monitor 7 speakers.

How can I tell my Harmon Kardon is close or is on distortion? The volume level goes from -58dB to +15dB. It flashes at +15dB, but what does it mean exactly?

Is 0dB close to distortion?
