I don't foresee any problems running fifty feet of audio and video wire provided… a) you route them carefully and not alongside 120V lines or telephone links and b) you use good quality (not too expensive) shielded cable.

Fifty feet is approaching the limit for Y/C runs but with composite you should be fine.
