Harmon Kardon 85 I got it now what do I do

Future shop is closing its stores in Utah. I decided to buy a Home theatre reciver at their close out price (Harmon Kardon AVR 85 for $749). Now that I have the reciever I am clueless what to look for in a speaker system. I do not want to spend a fortune but would like to take advantage of the capabilities of the Receiver. Can anyone suggest what I need to look for in the way of a speaker system. I am a total novice. Please respond to my e-mail as well as this bulletin board. Many thanks!!!!
