Although Lexicon and Theta do impose certain restrictions on their dealerships, you can always personally haggle over the best deal and I'd urge you to do so. But remember… both Lexicon and Theta processing products can involve the changes of software and the addition of daughterboards, best done at a local dealership who'll pay the price if something goes wrong. In other words, saving a few dollars via mail order may not be cost effective in the long run.
