S-Video to RGBHV encoder

ANyons have a lead on a good, inexpensive (even used) s-video to RGBHV encoder? I have a DVD player and a projector which can used RGBHV - the "component outputs" from the DVD aren't useful...I need to convert to RGBHV. I have heard that Harmonic Research makes a line-doubler/encoder as does Faroujda...
