Monster 1000 or Panamax 1000+. Opinions?

Since posting my original note I have been doing some reading. There are newer line conditioners that use Series Mode technology that are more reliable etc. These are made by Brickwall and Surge X. have you heard of them or any experience with using them?

: I would check carefully that you are comparing apples with apples. The Panamax is basically a surge protector with RFI/EMI suppression - it is not a "power conditioner" of the sort produced by Cinepro, Tice, Chang and Audio Power. I have no idea what the Monster claims to be, but I would doubt whether it is supposed to do much more than the Panamax.
