H-K HD 710 & CD-Extra format

Hi all,I own a Harman Kardon HD 710 and lately I'm experiencing problems with CD's with the CD-Extra format, that is, somewhere on the CD is also a computer readable file. (My PC can read it.)
The HD-710 starts with track 1, waits for about 30 seconds and then decides the CD has been fully played. I have a sort of work-around, but what I'd like to know:
1) anybody familiar with this problem?
2) what causes the problem?
3) what to do to resolve it? TIA, regards,
