It will be interesting to see if any file a case over the infamous Netmarket deal gone sour. They had a disclaimer on their site but many called and confirmed prices on the Quintets w/sub and were still given the go ahead. Then they claimed an error in the dealers part, saying the goods were no longer available. Only to retract and say it was another error after many called Klipsch. Some interesting legal analysis was posted. It looks like in this case Netmarket is on the edge of legality if not over the edge. I do not know enough about the Buy.com monitor incident.
