New Receiver or New Speakers?

Using Mozilla/4.05 [en] (Win95; U):

I have a Denon AVR3200 receiver, B&W 602 mains, B&W CC6 center, B&W 601 surrounds, and a ACI Titan subwoofer. My problem is that I am not satisfied with the sound I'm getting for audio CDs (the sound is a little harsh and fatiguing). I'm trying to decide whether I will get more immediate improvement from : (A) upgrading my receiver (e.g., to something like the B&K AVR101); or (B) upgrading my speakers (e.g., to something like the ACI Sapphire IIIs).

Eventually, I expect I will be upgrading both but I can't do both right now. Does anyone have any thoughts on which I should upgrade first? Where I will get the most immediate improvement in sound? Thanks!
