AC-3 adapter for Denon AVR1000?

Using Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 4.01; Windows NT):

I have a Denon AVR-1000 ProLogic and would like to know if there is an AC-3 adapter/decoder that I could use
to convert my current system to Dolby Digital?

Is this possible. Is there such a thing.

If so, where is the best place to look.
