Jerry, you would have to purchase a dts decoder in order to receive the dts bit stream. Technics sells a very nice dd/dts decoder at a fairly inexpensive price. This unit goes for just under $300. You could probably find it on the internet for a much cheaper price though. I myself have purchased the new Technics dd/dts decoder and i have been very pleased with its performance.
