about your KG3.5 speaker

I have purchased a loud speaker which is KG3.5,about four months ago. Unfortunately, a piece of cable has been left in K1001K (speaker).
The speaker must have recieved you by Modern Elektrik from Istanbul.

After figuring out this problem the back side of the speaker cabinet has a resonance. I wasn't expected such an error from an twice approved(two signuters) processes. I have paid for those speakers $1100, so it is a bad reputaion for Klipch and Associates.
