Did you buy the value or Full SB Live? With the Full Live, it has a daughter card that supposedly will allow you to connect to a "multi-channel digital amplifier" and enable an 8 speaker setup. I'm not sure how this works, if you have four analog and four digital signals or if you have to disable the analog or what, as Creative has yet to implement this feature. It may take just a driver upgrade or you may have to buy the amp from Creative. Check out the web site below for updates on the SB Live
