Try the Yamaha DSP-A1. It has all you need to get you going. It has the abilty to upgrade if you need to. You only have to add a tuner. It has 115 watts/channel X five. You can add external amps if desired. The DSP-A1 has all the Surround processing you could want, and it has a ton of digital inputs to boot. You won't be able to find any other product that does what this does for the money; which is around $2500 retail.
