Yes, many remotes have macros that can be programmed for that or alot more. Follow the link below for some good info. I am looking into remotes as well and am considering the Sony that robert mentioned along with the Marantz RC2000 MKII(this seems to be the most popular, although a little more expensive). There are also some Windows CE based remotes by Phillips, Microsoft, and a few others but they are in the $400-$500 range.
