I just mounted mine and I can understand your fear...spend all that money and then drill HOLES in them. Dont worry, it's not so bad. Check out www.parts-express.com they have a couple of different soultions...shelves and brackets. I bought the "smarter speaker bracket"...they work well. Be advised...do two things first...one, if you can, unscrew your speakers to make sure you're not drilling into anything...two, the most stresses will be on your wall. Find a stud to mount them to, or use substantial drywall anchors...don't use the poor hardware they give you. Good Luck
