I have been using my pronto for about a month. Once fully programmed you will not want to use anything else. But the key is fully programming it. My Toshiba TV and DVD players were no problems to setup with the Pronto. But my Tech. stereo gear was a pain. Not due to the Pronto, but due to the crappy remotes from Tech..

One big problem with using remotes with screens like the Pronto. I have kids and it is hard to keep the remote clean.
