Panamax owner, please help!

Using Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 5.0; Windows NT; DigExt):

On Panamax, they have 2 outlet for delay switch which is , according to manual, for power amp or sub woofer so it will shut down them about 5 second after you powered down the Panamax. I have the problem when I hook up my 2 Def tech front speaker by using extension cord, which are build-in 250w power sub, into one of delay outlet and the separate Polk Audio powered sub to the other oulet. It give me a "thumb" (forgive me if I spell it wrong!;-)) after I turn of the Panamax piece. I tried to follow the trouble shooting in manual book but it's doesn't work. Any suggestion?
