The "thump" you're getting from the subs is, I think, normal. What's happening is the subs are reacting to the "loss of signal" from the power amps as THEY power down (i.e. power supply discharging, etc.).

I suggest putting the power amp(s) on the "delayed" outlets and the subs on the NON-DELAYED outlets. That way, the subs will "die" first and won't react to the power amp(s) turning off.

That's my thoughts, anyway. :)
