DVD/VCR positioning

Put everything in a SEPARATE STAND! the components will appreciate the increased "breathing room". The "umbilical cord" of audio cables (to receiver), composite video (from VCR) and S-video (from DVD) cables are the only "drawbacks", but won't hurt anything. :)
