I knew about the sattelite sending the 5.1 digital for which you need the latest decoder box, but I need to find out from the cable TV company what kind of audio signals they are passing on with the digital cable, is it digital 2 channel or indeed the 5.1. Thanks, now I need to do more phone calls hopefully get some knowledgeable person at the other end.
