cable lay out and hook up

Using Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 5.0; MSN 2.5; Windows 98; DigExt):

I just moved and have lost the instructions for my surround sound system. I have a JBL system and I also have a satelite dish hooked up. I have the front two speakers playing but the center and the rear will not. I can get the center to play but not the front two. The rear will not work at all with the front or the center channels. I have a "test" button on my remote and when I press it all five speakers will work.Can someone send me a diagram of the cabling layout, or send me directions where on the web I can go to get them. Thanks for the read.
