conduit & speaker cable

Using Mozilla/4.5 [en] (Win95; I):
I'll be connecting my home theater speakers soon to finally complete
this 8 month long project of mine but I'm needing some suggestions.
My front three speakers and left rear are fed from one 3/4" conduit
and my right rear speaker and sub are fed from another 3/4" conduit.
This is because of the built in stereo cabinet placement. What cables that
can be had for $1 to $2 a foot can be pulled through without packing it
too tight? Also my rear runs are 50',I thought of using Tara Klara biwired
for the rears and something more substantial for the front.
Any ideas or info would be helpful.
