Speaker Cable Size

I agree with Ken. There is an enormous advantage to using a reasonable-sized wire (#16 or #18) over the thin crap some people use (though I would guess that darn few on this board use #22).

The advantages going from a cheap #16 to an esoteric cable become far more difficult to hear. There *are* differences, but the bang-for-the-buck ain't there for the typical person.

A buck or two per foot is reasonable. I personally go with Monster, but that's based more on build quality than audible differences.
