First: DISCONNECT you cable-TV feed from the wall and see if the hum "Goes Away". If it does, go to the Main SMR Site and download my article on "Ground Loops" (both "pieces"), and gather the parts to build a CABLE GROUND ISOLATOR (referenced in "Addendum 1").

My article should give you everything you need (or thereabouts) to kill your "hummingbirds"... :)
