Patch panels for house A/V wiring?

Using Mozilla/3.03 (Win95; I):

I've built a distribution closet in my house to which is run 20 coax, 32 balanced patch, 22 speaker, and 10 fiber optic lines coming from all corners of the house. Now I need to terminate this nasty bundle... And I don't mind the soldering if it means lowering costs.
Is there a company that makes rack mountable patch panels for home A/V applications that don't cost $800 or more?
