audio vs. video cable

Capacitance is the significant characteristics of a good interconnect, the lower the better, along with having low output impedance on a component and a high input impedance on the receiving component. The 75 ohm characteristic impedance is not an issue. If that video cable has low capacitance comparable to the audio cable then it will work fine.
Infortunately you have no way of checking this out, even though a good video cable would also have a low capacitance. The likely event of it being audible is slim, but the prudent thing to do is have them both the same.
