Which Interconnect to use?

Using Mozilla/4.7 [en] (Win95; U):

I'd try another set of speakers first. Unless the speakers are brand-new, my gut says "blown driver(s)".

Assuming speakers are OK, How loud do you play the sistem? I sincerely doubt the interconnect or speaker wires are at fault (my opinion), so perhaps it's THE AMP that's having problems. Try another one with MORE POWER and the same speakers.

That's all I can come up with... :)
