Yes, you CAN connect the output of a mixer to your Karaoke machine. You need an XLR female to 1/4" micrphone adapter to interface the balanced output of the mixer to the Karaoke MIC input.

Radio Shack sells both mixers AND adapters. If you're lucky, the Shack mixer will have a "standard" (unbalanced) 1/4" output - all you'll need is the appropriate length SHIELDED interconnect with 1/4" plugs (mono) on each end.
