Jerrold Starcom 7 Converter Problem

Using Mozilla/4.06 [en] (Win95; I ;Nav):

I have a Jerrold Starcom 7 (DQN-7) problem I need help with. Unfortunately,
I don't have the manual.

I was hitting buttons on the remote to try and figure them out. I am fairly comfortable now but I was left with one puzzling problem. My channel 69 is a duplicate of channel 77 and therefore I don't receive channel 69 anymore. I believe I did this accidentally during my experimentation. When the converter shows channel 69 there is red dot between the 6 and 9 at the bottom on the converter display. This red dot does not show on any other channel.

Does anyone know how to fix this, or direct me to site where the remote buttons are explained? Thanks in advance.
