RC5000 on Windows NT4

Using Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 4.01; Windows NT):

Will the programming software for the Marantz RC5000 run on Windows NT4.0?

The Marantz website specifies Win95/98 only. But the Philips Pronto (same device) specifies Win95/98 & Win NT4.0?

So, I'm confused. And I didn't see any contact numbers on their web sites.
