CC to invest in DIVX?

Using Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 4.01; Windows 95):

Reuters reported yesterday on the Wall Street rumor that Circuit City may sell Blockbuster part of their piece of the DIVX business. This tells me 2 things:

1.) (If it's true...) Divx is possibly in financial trouble if CC is looking to pick up a partner at this stage in the game.
-- The report states that Divx is, as of yet, unprofitable, and it is dragging Circuit City's earnings down.

2.) (If it's true...) Time to stop going to Blockbuster.

Please note this is only a *rumor* and may or may not be the actual fact. Both Circuit City and Blockbuster, owned by Viacom, have declined to comment.
