Marantz AV550 VCR Video Out Not Working

Using Mozilla/4.5 [en]C-DIAL (Win98; U):

Has anyone had problems with the vcr video out on this processor? For the life of me I can't seem to get a signal
to my VCR from this output (I use the RCA and not the SVHS output). The manual
hardly mentions the vcr video out.
