B&W Matrix 3 tweeter replacement

Using Mozilla/4.5 [en] (Win98; I):

Does anybody know how to remove the tweeter out of one of these speakers? There doesn't seem to be a way in through the box except the front. it seems like the dispersion plate around the tweeter is really on. Is it glued?
