B&W Matrix 3 tweeter replacement

If they are, see if you can insert a REAL LONG-SHANKED SCREWDRIVER (with the appropriate tip: phillips, standard, Robertson, etc.) to remove these screws (CAREFULLY!). If you're lucky, the tweeter will "fall out" the front. Replacement is just the reverse (though, a might tougher). If the screws are there, but you CAN'T REACH THEM, you'll have to CUT A HOLE, or at least a SECTION of the back panel to get to the screws. When you replace the section (or plug the hole), BE CAREFUL you SEAL IT TIGHT, ETC. Next: see if the TWEETER FRONT doesn't have a removable "trim ring" that's HIDING THE SCREWS UNDERNEATH. If so, you're HOME-FREE! just be careful in removing it - there MIGHT be some caulk or other "gasketing" material under the tweeter, so don't damage it. Replacement is easy - just add more "caulk, etc." under the mating flange. Finally, if there aren't any visible screws in the back OR no "hidden" screws in front - time to CONTACT THE MANUFACTURER and see if they can help, or otherwise direct you to an "Authorised Repaire Centre". That's my few bytes.... Ken
