Best place to buy long s-video cable

Using Mozilla/4.5 [en] (Win98; I):

I am looking for a s-video cable in a length of 40 - 50 ft. Where is the best place in the US to buy one (local or mail order)? What is the maximum recommended length to run a s-video cable without an amplifier?
