DSS receiver-Ac3

I do not believe any of the DSS Receiver's actually have a built-in decoder, they just output the digital (AC-3) signal. I own the Sony AD4 and the Dolby Digital appears to work quite nicely. It is true that there isn't much programming for this yet, but I anticipate more in the future. As far as price, I paid $168 for my dish and receiver from mail order so it's really not that expensive. I wouldn't recommend buying from local electronic stores like Circuit City or Good Guys, their prices are marked up so much higher. I've seen the Sony AD4 selling for as much as $400 in those stores.
