You can check out their website below to see if you qualify for broadcast TV. If you do, then they'll charge you $5/mo for ABC,NBC,CBS,FOX, and PBS. If you want the WB and UPN superstations it's $8/mo

I live outside NYC so I may just get the
$20 Top 40 stuff. DirectTV has more sports programming if you so desire but I don't think they carry Broadcast TV yet and I think they're slightly more expensive.
