Please, could anyone tell me what are the best location for in-ceiling speakers for effective surround sound? My room dimensions are 5.120Lx4.290Wx2.840H metres. I just put a Denon avr3200 on lay-by for $A1,550(usually cost $2000. At the moment I haven't got decent front speakers and I'm thinking to go may be with B&W 602 or NHT Super One's. Some Hi-Fi salesmen tell me that I'm better off with dipoles speakers e.g. Mirage Frx's. I will be listen mostly to my CD collection and around 20% in HT use. I understand that DVD audio or DTS CD's might become popular as audio formats and don't know if whether dipoles or in-ceilings are best suited for these multichannel audio formats. Please help!
