The Acoustic 9901 is commonly called the "white van brand" speakers. They are represented as having a high retail value, but you - "the lucky person who is in the right place at the right time" can have them at a steal for $(insert money amount here). Real world value.. about $100-$200 pair. Compare them to the KLH, Technics and Yamaha line of speakers offered in the US market - both of which are offered at a significant discount.

: I bought a pair of Acoustic 9901 speakers from an acquaintance and paid $400 for the pair, when MFR price is $895 each. Anyone know how much they're worth in REAL terms?? They sound great, and I'm happy with them, but I'm also thinking of selling them. Let me know if anyone knows anything about this speaker. Thanks.
