Your question is the second one on these I have answered today - must be like the flu going around! The item you are asking about is often called "white van specials" as they are sold from the back of rented plain white vans as being a premium monitor speaker with a very high suggested retail price yet "we can really make you a deal of a lifetime!". The buyer still pays much more than they are worth from the horror stories I have heard. Put bluntly they are a low quality product that is similar in quality to the affordable offerings sold under the KLH, Technics and Yamaha lines offered in the US market - and I would rather buy those as at least you know you got what you paid for - and the finish isn't cheap carpet. Avoid them.
