Steve, I have not owned one, but my local dealer (where I spend a fair amount of time!) has one in one of their fairly high end demo systems and it performs very well indeed. Sometimes you have to go over and touch it to make sure that it is the Sunfire kicking out the bass rather then one of the other bigger subs on the floor nearby. From what I hear everyone who has bought one has been very happy with it (but I guess they would say that). Sunfire have recently released a slightly larger "Signature" version which s supposed to be even more impressive.
