I decided on the Sunfire sub and am very happy with my choice. I took a CD soundtrack of "The Fifth Element" around to several dealer and auditioned an M&K MX125, Velodyne FSR12 and HGS10, and an Energy ES12XL. The Sunfire was the only one that could handle the real low stuff on parts of that disc - the others just seemed to roll it off. The Sunfire played considerably louder that the others and I was pleasantly suprised at how tight it was for music. I was able to get a "B" stock model for $950. (has a slight blemish on the cabinet) - Good Luck.
