Velodyne for Phase Technology 9T's

I have a pair of Phase Technology 9T towers and I need a sub to fill in the below 35hz range. I am testing the velodyne FSX-12 with my system now and would like to know if there is anything better to match them? And if 800 is a good price?

I don't watch to many movies yet.
