Eosone speakers

Hi All:

I don't know much about speakers and need an advice regarding set of Eosone
(600 or 400 towers) which in my oppinion sound great. The thing that worries me is that Best Buy is discontinuing their line and I can get them almost 50 % off.
So the question is : Is it worth? Is the company going belly-up or what is the catch. Any comments will be appreciated.
