Speaker/AC wire placement

I want to mount Martin Logan Scripts on my wall, and will have to run both speaker wire and AC wire to them.

Can these wires be in proximity to one another, or will this cause AC interference?

How far apart should the wires be within the wall? Should they be in separate wall-outlet boxes?
